Submit Support Ticket
You need to have a purchase code
In order to receive support, you need to specify your Item Purchase Code (with all hyphens) in your ticket. You can find it in the “Downloads” tab on your Envato account – see the screenshot on how to get it.
Reference the theme docs first
It is recommended that before submitting a ticket you take a close look at theme documentation (Docs folder in the archive you have downloaded from Themeforest). It covers most of the questions you might face and might be really helpful, as there will be no need to wait for your ticket to be reviewed. Just see the docs folder and open the index.html file with your browser.
Ticket respond time
Please be sure that we review all the incoming tickets and never leave them unanswered. Usually it takes up to 2 working days for general questions to be reviewed, but some questions can require deeper investigation and may take a longer time to be reviewed. Still, if you have not received any reply within a couple of days or so, please feel free to contact us on forum, as there is a chance your ticket could have never made it to our inbox. This is a really rare to happen though.
You can speed up the process
It is much easier to investigate the issue having full access to WordPress admin panel and theme files. Please make sure to add all the requested details to your ticket when filling in the ticket form, as in this case our support team will be able to help you faster and more effectively. When you submit a ticket without these details, it is very likely that the support team will still request them, and you will have to wait again. Please be sure that all the information is secure and highly confidential.
